Project Summary:
I wanted to shoot & edit a reel that captures the sensibilities of street photography and expands those sensibilities into the cinematic dimensions of motion and music.
This is the first reel in my endeavor to expand my love of photography into professional videography. I love the dynamics that movement and sound can bring to thoughtful compositions and storytelling.
My background in video.
I started shooting and editing video back in 2008, while I was working for Lip Service, the legacy alt fashion brand. My first project was shooting BTS of our product photo shoots.
Soon I began creating promo reels and content, for new season releases and other campaigns, as well as for some of the models and other creatives on the Lip Service team, including some music videos.
As a photographer for the last 15 years, I’ve done some video work for creative professionals and private clients. I’ve also shot and edited BTS footage of some of my photo shoots.
I’m currently working on a variety of projects to develop my craft, from real estate and local community initiatives to fashion and entertainment campaigns.
